I just placed an order; when can I expect it to ship?

We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order is shipped. Shipping typically takes 5-12 days.

Tracking numbers will be provided 3-5 days after your order has shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number within 7 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@rozaglow.com.

I’m not happy with my order. Can I return it? What if there’s an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Return shipping is at your own expense, and once we receive the product, we’ll refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please make sure to include your name and order number with the returned item.

Please note: If your package is still in transit, you will need to wait for it to arrive and be returned before we can issue a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

While we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled. Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them. Please be sure to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

I’ve entered an incorrect address. What should I do?

If you’ve misspelled or entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email to notify us. If the address is wrong, let us know via email at support@rozaglow.com, and we can update it within 24 hours. Please note that no changes can be made after 24 hours, and no refund will be issued for incorrect address submissions after that time.
